The Heart & Lung Transplant Foundation invites you and your family
to attend the 2018 Tree Planting & Thanksgiving Ceremony.
Please join us for the candle-lighting ceremony followed by
afternoon tea with friends to commemorate and reflect on
the remarkable and generous gift of life by organ and tissue
donors.
