Putting Patients First

The Foundation’s vision for heart and lung transplant patients is that they will have the opportunity to participate fully in day to day life, both prior to and after transplantation.

Through our support of heart and lung transplantation, which includes patient education materials, subsidising medical research into heart and lung disease and increasing donor awareness, the Foundation will ensure that patients have every opportunity to achieve optimum health.
 

Partnerships with Patients Service

While the Foundation is unable to provide financial assistance, we aim to provide patients with guidance and information regarding various other support networks and organisations that can help them during their transplant journey.
